The Gungan Grand Army consists mostly of militiagungs, or part-time soldiers. Individuals provide their own uniforms, resulting in some variation in gear and clothing.

• Jar Jar Binks (face, arms, chest, feet, staff and skirts)
  
• Captain Tarpals (legs, ears and shoulder pads)
  

For this custom, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Tarpals' ears come off at the mask! I cut Jar Jar's face to match the mask, and glued it on. This gave the Gungan a totally different look.

I switched feet to match the skin color. I used 2 skirts from Jar Jar figures to re-create the armor. The wristbands are pieces of a cape glued on.

The "scanner" is actually the nosepiece of a pair of broken sunglasses. I just stuck them on for fun. They fit behind his back and are held down by his ears.
